cup diced onion

cup diced green bell pepper

cup diced red bell pepper

cup chicken broth

can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.
