Hash browns are a hearty complement to eggs dishes, and the sweet potatoes will add a nice pop of color to your plate. To make hash browns, grate a few sweet potatoes into shreds and sauté them with a diced onion in a few tablespoons of olive oil until everything is brown and crispy.
