Sour Cream
Special Seasoning
Bok Choy
Giant celery root
Green onion


  1. Mix together sauce ingredients.
  2. Combine cabbage with sauce, add Bok Choy chow and celery root sparingly.
  3. Continue adding sauce until good consistency.
