| Sour Cream | |
| Buttermilk | |
| Special Seasoning | |
| Sugar | |
| Cabbage | |
| Bok Choy | |
| Giant celery root | |
| Green onion |
PREPARATION:
- Mix together sauce ingredients.
- Combine cabbage with sauce, add Bok Choy chow and celery root sparingly.
- Continue adding sauce until good consistency.
