Yield: Makes 8 servings
Ingredients:
1
quart cold fat-free (skim) milk
2
packages (1 ounce each) fat-free, sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix
2
packages (1/2 ounce each) sugar-free powdered lemonade mix, undiluted
1
container (8 ounces) frozen fat-free nondairy whipped topping, thawed
Fresh or frozen mixed berries
Preparation:

Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix and whisk 2 minutes until smooth. Whisk in powdered lemonade mix. When mixture thickens, whisk in whipped topping until smooth. Pour into 8 parfait glasses. Chill.
2.
Garnish with berries.
