INGREDIENTS
| Pork Butt | |
| Rub | |
| Yellow mustard | |
| Hearty style rub | |
| Injection | |
| 1 | cup apple cider vinegar |
| Jam | |
| Brown sugar | |
| 1 | cup water |
| 4 | Tablespoon salt |
| 1/3 | cup sugar |
| Wrap | |
| honey | |
PREPARATION:
- Inject pork butt.
- Butterfly pork then season with rub. Tie together with twine.
- Grill at 249 degrees until internal temp of 185, then wrap for 12 hours.
