INGREDIENTS

Pork Butt
Rub
Yellow mustard
Hearty style rub
Injection
1 cup apple cider vinegar
Jam
Brown sugar
1 cup water
4 Tablespoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
Wrap
honey

PREPARATION:

  1. Inject pork butt.
  2. Butterfly pork then season with rub. Tie together with twine.
  3. Grill at 249 degrees until internal temp of 185, then wrap for 12 hours.
