INGREDIENTS
| 1/3 | cup sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons cornstarch |
| 2/3 | cup apple cider |
| 1/2 | cup apple butter |
| 2 | tablespoons lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons butter or margarine |
PREPARATION:
- Combine sugar and cornstarch in small saucepan. Stir in apple cider and apple butter; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and butter. Cool completely.
