INGREDIENTS
| 2/3 | cup milk |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 | tablespoons butter, softened |
| 1 | teaspoon salt |
| 3 | cups all-purpose flour |
| 1/2 | cup pecan or walnut pieces |
| 1/2 | cup dried apricots or peaches, chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons sugar |
| 1/4 | teaspoon ground ginger |
| 1/4 | teaspoon ground nutmeg |
| 1 | tablespoon active dry yeast |
PREPARATION:
Bread Machine Directions
- Measuring carefully, place all ingredients in bread machine pan in order specified by owner's manual.
- Program basic or white cycle and desired crust setting; press start. (Do not use delay cycle.) Remove baked bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
