Avocado Crema

INGREDIENTS

ripe avocados
1/4 cup Mexican Crema, sour cream, or creme 
Fraiche
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Chipotle chili powder
1/8 teaspoon Ancho chili powder
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon cayenne

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately.
