Avocado Crema
INGREDIENTS
| 2 | ripe avocados |
| 1/4 cup | Mexican Crema, sour cream, or creme |
| Fraiche | |
| 3 tablespoons | lime juice |
| 1 tablespoon | chopped cilantro |
| 3/4 teaspoon | salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Chipotle chili powder |
| 1/8 teaspoon | Ancho chili powder |
| 1/8 teaspoon | ground cumin |
| 1/8 teaspoon | cayenne |
PREPARATION:
- Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately.
