INGREDIENTS
| 1 | large, firm, ripe avocado, finely diced |
| 2 | tablespoons fresh lime juice |
| 3/4 | cup finely chopped, seeded tomato |
| 1/2 | cup minced green onions |
| 1/3 | cup minced fresh cilantro |
| 1/2 | to 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
PREPARATION:
- Combine avocado and lime juice in bowl; toss. Add tomato, onions, cilantro and hot sauce; toss gently. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve at room temperature.
