Baked Apple Toddy
This holiday season don't just plan meals; plan cocktails as well. It takes a little extra work, but it's well worth the effort when you see the smiles on your guests' faces. This is a good recipe that I got from MaryJane Farm, my absolute favorite magazine on the planet.
It's quite simple, though very homemade and it's cabinet-friendly, meaning you'll have most of the ingredients you need without making an extra trip to the store. It's a take-off on the traditional hot toddies that I used to have on family ski trips with the addition of local apples. Give this one a try this holiday season, especially when it's cold outside.
