INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
4 teaspoons milk
Salt and black pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 4 small baking dishes or ovenproof custard cups.
  2. Break 1 egg into each dish. Add 1 teaspoon milk to each dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake about 15 minutes or until set.
Baked Egg Options
Top eggs with desired amount of one or more of the following before baking; light cream, salsa, shredded cheese, chopped ham, minced fresh chives or minced fresh herbs. Bake as directed above.
