Makes 4 servings
|Salt and black pepper to taste|
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 4 small baking dishes or ovenproof custard cups.
- Break 1 egg into each dish. Add 1 teaspoon milk to each dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake about 15 minutes or until set.
Baked Egg Options
Top eggs with desired amount of one or more of the following before baking; light cream, salsa, shredded cheese, chopped ham, minced fresh chives or minced fresh herbs. Bake as directed above.
