INGREDIENTS

4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves or 1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme or 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

PREPARATION:

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in small bowl; set aside.
