Ingredients:

cups plain fat-free yogurt

can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

ripe medium banana

packets sugar substitute

teaspoon vanilla

1/8
teaspoon ground nutmeg

cup ice cubes

Fresh pineapple slices (optional)



Preparation:
1.
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into 4 serving glasses. Garnish with pineapple slices.


Tip: This recipe is perfect for a party or another special occasion. Just double the ingredient amounts, so you'll have enough for everyone to enjoy!
