INGREDIENTS
| 2 | cups plain fat-free yogurt |
| 1 | can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained |
| 1 | ripe medium banana |
| 8 | packets sugar substitute |
| 1 | teaspoon vanilla |
| 1/8 | teaspoon ground nutmeg |
| 1 | cup ice cubes |
| Fresh pineapple slices (optional) | |
PREPARATION:
- Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into 4 serving glasses. Garnish with pineapple slices.
