INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Chinese 5-spice powder
1 whole pork tenderloin (about 12 ounces)

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all ingredients except pork in large glass bowl. Add pork; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight, turning occasionally.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place meat on meat rack in shallow foil-lined baking pan. Insert meat thermometer in center of meat. Bake 30 minutes or until meat registers 160°F. Remove meat from oven; cool slightly.
