| 1 | cup milk |
| 1 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 | tablespoons unsalted butter, softened |
| 3‑1/4 | cups bread or all-purpose flour |
| 1 | tablespoon sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons active dry yeast |
PREPARATION:
- Measuring carefully, place all ingredients in bread machine pan in order specified by owner's manual. Program dough cycle setting; press start.
