Beefy Pinwheels

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | package (8 ounces) cream cheese |
| 1/4 | cup chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives |
| 2 | tablespoons prepared horseradish mustard |
| 6 | (6- to 7-inch) flour tortillas |
| 12 | small slices deli roast beef |
| 6 | green onions, tops included |
PREPARATION:
- Place unwrapped cream cheese on paper plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 seconds or until softened.
- Combine cream cheese, olives and mustard in small bowl; mix well.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each tortilla. Top each with 2 overlapping slices of beef.
- Place onion on one edge of tortilla, trimming onion to fit diameter of tortilla. Roll up tortilla jelly-roll fashion. Cut each roll into slices to serve.
