Berry Soy-Cream Blend

Ingredients:

cups frozen mixed berries

can (14 ounces) blackberries, with juice

cup almond milk or soy milk
1/2
cup (4 ounces) soft tofu enriched with calcium
Preparation:

Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; blend on HIGH speed until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses; serve immediately.
Tip:
If your child is allergic to dairy products, make this thick berry shake for creamy texture and sweet fruity flavors. Tofu is also high in protein, good for growing children.
