Yield: Makes 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients:
1/3
cup dill pickle relish

1/3
cup vegetable oil

3
tablespoons lime juice

2
tablespoons honey

1
teaspoon salt

1
teaspoon ground cumin

1
teaspoon ground red pepper

1
teaspoon black pepper

1
small head green cabbage, rinsed and very thinly sliced

2
large carrots, shredded

1
bunch green onions, sliced

5
radishes, sliced



Preparation:
1.
Combine relish, oil, lime juice, honey, salt, cumin, ground red pepper and black pepper in large bowl.

2.
Add cabbage, carrots, green onions and radishes; stir until well combined. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.


Tip: For an even sweeter taste, add slivered apples instead of the dill pickle relish.
