Best 'Cue Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS
| 1/3 | cup dill pickle relish |
| 1/3 | cup vegetable oil |
| 3 | tablespoons lime juice |
| 2 | tablespoons honey |
| 1 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | teaspoon ground cumin |
| 1 | teaspoon ground red pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 1 | small head green cabbage, rinsed and very thinly sliced |
| 2 | large carrots, shredded |
| 1 | bunch green onions, sliced |
| 5 | radishes, sliced |
PREPARATION:
- Combine relish, oil, lime juice, honey, salt, cumin, ground red pepper and black pepper in large bowl.
- Add cabbage, carrots, green onions and radishes; stir until well combined. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Tip
For an even sweeter taste, add slivered apples instead of the dill pickle relish.
