Best-Ever Barbecued Ribs
Yield: Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:

teaspoon paprika

teaspoon salt

1
teaspoon dried thyme

1/4
teaspoon black pepper

1/8
teaspoon ground red pepper

to 3-1/2 pounds well trimmed pork baby back ribs, cut into 4-rib pieces

1/4
cup ketchup

2
tablespoons brown sugar

1
tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1
tablespoon soy sauce



Preparation:
1.
Coat 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine paprika, salt, thyme, and peppers; rub onto meaty sides of ribs. Place ribs in 3-1/2-quart slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH 3 to 3-1/2 hours.

2.
Combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauces; mix well. Remove ribs from slow cooker; discard liquid. Coat ribs with sauce mixture; return to slow cooker and cook on HIGH 30 minutes or until ribs are glazed.
