INGREDIENTS
| 1 | teaspoon paprika |
| 1 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | teaspoon dried thyme |
| 1/4 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 1/8 | teaspoon ground red pepper |
| 3 | to 3-1/2 pounds well trimmed pork baby back ribs, cut into 4-rib pieces |
| 1/4 | cup ketchup |
| 2 | tablespoons brown sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon soy sauce |
PREPARATION:
Slow Cooker Directions
- Coat 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine paprika, salt, thyme, and peppers; rub onto meaty sides of ribs. Place ribs in 3-1/2-quart slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH 3 to 3-1/2 hours.
- Combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauces; mix well. Remove ribs from slow cooker; discard liquid. Coat ribs with sauce mixture; return to slow cooker and cook on HIGH 30 minutes or until ribs are glazed.
