Biscuit Topping

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon reduced-fat margarine
3 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
2 teaspoons cholesterol-free egg substitute
1/4 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in medium bowl. Cut in margarine with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Blend remaining ingredients in small bowl. Stir into flour mixture just until dry ingredients are moistened.
