Bite-You-Back Roasted Edamame
Yield: Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

teaspoons vegetable oil
2
teaspoons honey
1/4
teaspoon wasabi powder*
1
package (10 ounces) ready-to-eat shelled edamame
Kosher salt
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together oil, honey and wasabi powder in large bowl. Add edamame and toss to coat. Transfer to baking sheet and arrange in single layer. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until edamame are golden brown, stirring once. Remove from baking sheet immediately; sprinkle liberally with kosher salt. Cool completely and store in airtight container until ready to serve.
