|Cheesy Horseradish Sauce|

|jack and cheddar cheese|

- Marinate ribs in beer for 4-6 hours. Grill to perfection, then top one with blackened seasoning and the other with Bill and Pat’s Cheesy Horseradish Sauce. The ribs are then placed in the Potato Casserole.
- Wrap casserole in foil and cook on the grill while the ribs are cooking. For the finishing piece, add a serrano pepper that you have grilled whole, and put on the side.
