Ingredients:

quarts (6 cups) cranapple juice cocktail

small orange, thinly sliced

cup firmly packed light brown sugar
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except brandy in a large saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and add brandy. Ladle into mugs, leaving cinnamon sticks and cloves in saucepan; garnish with sliced oranges if desired.
Tip:
Punch may be prepared in a crockpot. Combine all ingredients except brandy in a large crockpot; cover and turn heat to high until punch is very hot, about 1 hour. Stir in brandy; turn heat to low. Punch may be kept warm and served from crockpot up to 2 hours.
