Ingredients:

cups fat-free (skim) milk

3/4
cup egg substitute

tablespoons sugar substitute*

tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

teaspoons instant decaffeinated coffee granules

1-1/2
teaspoons vanilla



Preparation:
1.
Place all ingredients in blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.


Variation: This rich and delicious shake tastes great served over ice, too.
