INGREDIENTS

Snake
Sauce Piquante
Tomatoes
Peppers
Onions
Garlic
Olive Oil
Batter
Flour
Kosher Salt

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut snake into fillets.
  2. Smoke snake for a few minutes, then cover in batter and fry.
  3. Saute sauce ingredients, serve with snake.
