INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1‑3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and egg yolk in medium bowl; beat until well blended.
  2. Add flour, baking powder and salt; beat until blended.
