Ingredients:

cup butter, softened

cup granulated sugar

cup packed light brown sugar

egg yolk

cups all-purpose flour

teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

Combine butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and egg yolk in medium bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder and salt; beat just until blended.

Cover; refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm.
