YIELD Makes about 1-1/2 cups frosting

INGREDIENTS
| 3 | cups powdered sugar, sifted |
| 1/2 | cup (1 stick) butter, softened |
| 3 | to 4 tablespoons milk, divided |
| 1/2 | teaspoon vanilla |
PREPARATION:
- Combine powdered sugar, butter, 2 tablespoons milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer at low speed until blended. Beat at high speed until light and fluffy, adding more milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, as needed for good spreading consistency.
