Ingredients:

cup plus 1 tablespoon nonfat buttermilk

tablespoons raspberry-flavored vinegar

tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in small bowl; stir to combine. Store, covered, in refrigerator up to 2 days.
