Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:

large red cabbage leaves*
4
lean ham slices
2
tablespoons honey mustard
4
slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
Preparation:
1.
Preheat toaster oven to 400°F. Place cabbage leaves on work surface. Cover with ham slices. Spread 1-1/2 teaspoons mustard over each ham slice. Top with cheese slice.

Place cabbage on toaster oven baking pan. Toast 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove, roll up cabbage leaves and serve immediately.
