INGREDIENTS

| Cookie Glaze | |
| 2 | tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder |
| 2 | tablespoons powdered sugar |
| 1 | package (3.5 ounces) 3-1/2-inch brown chocolate sticks |
| 1 | package (3.5 ounces) 3-1/2-inch white chocolate sticks |
| Assorted small candies | |
| Supplies | |
| 1 | round cardboard container (3-inch diameter) |
| Ribbon | |
PREPARATION:
- Combine Cookie Glaze and cocoa in small bowl; mix until well blended. Stir in 2 tablespoons powdered sugar to thicken to proper spreading consistency.
- Cover outside of cardboard container with foil; frost with thickened glaze. Place chocolate sticks, side by side, in frosting; let stand until hardened. Tie ribbon around "basket." Fill with assorted candies.
Cookie Glaze
Combine 4 cups powdered sugar and 4 tablespoons milk in a small bowl. Stir; add 1 to 2 tablespoons more milk as needed to make a medium-thick, pourable glaze.
