|1||head cabbage, finely chopped|
|1||sweet onion, finely chopped|
|1||carrot, finely grated|
|1||cup apple cider vinegar|
|2/3||cup canola oil|
|2 1/4||Teaspoon dry mustard|
|1 1/2||Teaspoon coarse sea salt|
|1 1/4||coarse black pepper|
- Mix ingredients in pan until sugar has dissolved.
- Add vegetables and toss until evenly coated. Add water if necessary.
- Refrigerate until cold.
