Ingredients

coarse sea salt
cola
cider vinegar
orange juice
ham base
sugar
salt
brown sugar
cayenne
paprika
garlic
salt
black pepper

Preparation

  1. Trim underneath ribs, remove membrane. Trim around jowls. Pull skin away from ham.
  2. Inject into shoulders, ham, loins and bacon.
  3. Sprinkle sea salt all over hog. Then apply hog heavily with rub.
  4. Cook on pit at 250-270 degrees for 7-8 hours.
