Brown sugar


  1. Peel skin & cut in spears.
  2. Hard boil until al dente.
  3. Spray yams with oil, sear over grill.
  4. Mix extra ingredients over heat to create syrup. Pour over yams.
  5. Simmer at 350 degrees until yams are saturated.
