INGREDIENTS
| 1 | cup (2 sticks) butter, divided |
| 1 | cup diced onion |
| 1 | large head cauliflower, cut into 2-1/2X2-inch florets |
PREPARATION:
- Melt 1/2 cup butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until onion is brown, about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place cauliflower and 1/2 cup water in microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 8 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain, if necessary.
- Add remaining butter to skillet with onion; cook and stir until butter is melted. Pour over cooked cauliflower; serve immediately.
