Celebration Cheese Ball
Yield: Makes about 2-1/2 cups spread
Ingredients:
2
packages (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1/3
cup mayonnaise

1/4
cup grated Parmesan cheese

2
tablespoons finely chopped carrot

1
tablespoon finely chopped red onion

1-1/2
teaspoons prepared horseradish

1/4
teaspoon salt

1/2
cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Assorted crackers and breadsticks



Preparation:
1.
Combine all ingredients except pecans and crackers in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until firm.

2.
Shape cheese mixture into a ball; roll in pecans. Wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with assorted crackers and breadsticks.
