Champagne Vinaigrette
YIELD Makes 1 1/4 cups
Champagne Vinaigrette is a deliciously simple way to use that leftover champagne in the fridge. Drizzle it over your favorite salad or grilled meat dish.
INGREDIENTS
| 1/4 | cup champagne vinegar |
| 2 | pinches sugar |
| 1 | cup canola oil |
| salt | |
PREPARATION:
- Place all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well mixed.
