|1-1/2||cups all-purpose flour|
|1/3||cup (1-1/2 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese|
|1/2||cup cold butter or margarine|
|3||to 4 tablespoons ice water|
- Combine flour, cheese and salt in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture forms coarse crumbs. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing just until mixture forms dough; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour.
