Cheesy Chicken Parmesan over Pasta

Cheesy Chicken Parmesan over Pasta from Hunt's® features breaded chicken breast patties topped with savory tomatoes and melted cheese and served over hot pasta.
INGREDIENTS
| 4 | frozen Banquet® Chicken Breast Patties |
| 8 | ounces dry pasta, uncooked |
| 2 | cans (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano, drained, divided |
| 1/4 | cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese |
| Shredded Parmesan cheese, optional | |
PREPARATION:
- Bake chicken in preheated oven according to package directions. Meanwhile, prepare pasta in large saucepan according to package directions.
- Top each patty with 1/3 cup of the tomatoes and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese. Continue baking 5 minutes or until hot and cheese melts.
- Drain pasta; return to saucepan. Add the remaining tomatoes; toss to combine. Place pasta mixture on large platter; top with chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
