INGREDIENTS
| 8 | ounces chicken tenders |
| Nonstick cooking spray | |
| 1 | medium onion, thinly sliced |
| 1/3 | cup prepared pesto |
| 3 | medium plum tomatoes, thinly sliced |
| 1 | (14-inch) prepared pizza crust |
| 1 | cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut chicken tenders into bite-size pieces. Coat medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray; cook and stir chicken over medium heat 2 minutes. Add onion and pesto; cook and stir about 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Arrange tomato slices and chicken mixture on pizza crust to within 1 inch of edge. Sprinkle cheese over topping. Bake 8 minutes or until pizza is hot and cheese is melted and bubbly.
