Chicken, hard-cooked eggs and diced tomatoes are flavored with pesto

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup chopped celery
1 Cup shredded cooked chicken
2 egg hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz ea) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, drained
1/2 Cup finely chopped onion
1 serving Lettuce leaves, optional
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Cup prepared basil pesto
1/8 Teaspoon ground black pepper

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine diced tomatoes, chicken, eggs, celery, onions, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
  2. Spoon evenly onto 4 lettuce-covered salad plates, if desired.
  3. Top evenly with pesto.
