Chicken, hard-cooked eggs and diced tomatoes are flavored with pesto
INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | Cup chopped celery |
| 1 | Cup shredded cooked chicken |
| 2 | egg hard-cooked eggs, chopped |
| 1 | can (14.5 oz ea) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, drained |
| 1/2 | Cup finely chopped onion |
| 1 | serving Lettuce leaves, optional |
| 1/4 | Teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 | Cup prepared basil pesto |
| 1/8 | Teaspoon ground black pepper |
PREPARATION:
- Combine diced tomatoes, chicken, eggs, celery, onions, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
- Spoon evenly onto 4 lettuce-covered salad plates, if desired.
- Top evenly with pesto.
