Ingredients:

can (about 15 ounces) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained

cup fat-free cream cheese

tablespoon finely chopped onion

tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

teaspoons lemon juice

cloves garlic

teaspoon sesame oil

teaspoon black pepper



Preparation:

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor container; cover and blend until smooth.
