INGREDIENTS
| 1 | can (about 15 ounces) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained |
| 1/4 | cup fat-free cream cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon finely chopped onion |
| 1 | tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro |
| 2 | teaspoons lemon juice |
| 2 | cloves garlic |
| 1/2 | teaspoon sesame oil |
| 1/8 | teaspoon black pepper |
PREPARATION:
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor container; cover and blend until smooth.
