1/4 cup fat-free cream cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

PREPARATION:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor container; cover and blend until smooth.
