INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup molasses
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons ancho or pasilla chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes.
