| 3/4 | cup fresh lemon juice |
| 1 | small onion, coarsely chopped |
| 3 | jalapeño peppers,* stemmed, seeded and quartered |
| 3 | cloves garlic, halved |

- Place all ingredients in food processor; process until smooth. Serve at room temperature.
