Chili-Lemon Sauce

Yield

Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients

3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 small onion, coarsely chopped
3 jalapeño peppers,* stemmed, seeded and quartered
3 cloves garlic, halved

*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor; process until smooth. Serve at room temperature.
