Makes about 1 cup
|3/4||cup fresh lemon juice|
|1||small onion, coarsely chopped|
|3||jalapeño peppers,* stemmed, seeded and quartered|
|3||cloves garlic, halved|
*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.
- Place all ingredients in food processor; process until smooth. Serve at room temperature.
