Yield: Makes about 1 cup sauce
Ingredients:
3/4
cup lemon juice

1
small onion, coarsely chopped

3
jalapeño peppers,* seeded and chopped

3
cloves garlic, cut into halves


*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.

 
Preparation:
1.
PLACE all ingredients in food processor or blender; process until smooth. Serve at room temperature.
