Makes about 1 cup sauce
|3/4||cup lemon juice|
|1||small onion, coarsely chopped|
|3||jalapeño peppers,* seeded and chopped|
|3||cloves garlic, cut into halves|
*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.
- PLACE all ingredients in food processor or blender; process until smooth. Serve at room temperature.
