Chocolate Curls

This recipe is part of the recipe for Frozen Chocolate Cheesecake


3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips


  1. Melt chocolate chips in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread chocolate on cold baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes. Slip tip of straight-sided metal spatula under chocolate. Push spatula firmly along baking sheet, so chocolate curls as it is pushed up. Place curls on waxed paper.
